You know when you see someone who seems to be…magnetic?
They’re the type of person who oozes charisma. They are carefree, full of energy and sure of themselves, and as a result, they attract the best types of people to them.
That’s confidence, my friend. And here’s the best part: confidence is a skill that can be learned.
Yep, you read that correctly. It’s not something you’re born or endowed with. People who are confident have practiced it like any other skill, step-by-step. And I know this, because I’ve done it.
And when you build the skill of confidence, what will happen?
People will be drawn to you. You’ll make better connections with people. You’ll be able to act and speak unapologetically. You’ll feel free to speak your truth without worrying what people will think about you.
You’ll be able to walk around with your head held high knowing that you are enough, just as you are, right now, and that you have something unique and valuable to offer the world.
I’m a big believer in leading by example, which is why I make a point to push myself out of my comfort zone and share the lessons learned with you. Because I know that if I can do it, you can do it too.
In this podcast, I share 5 ‘big ideas’ on how you can get started with building your overall confidence, along with excerpts from some of my favourite (and the most popular) podcasts from the last 100+ episodes.
If you’re new to the show, this will be a great starting point for you, and if you’re a regular listener, it will be a fantastic refresher!
